1.30 Sam Winner(8/1)
With rain expected overnight the ground should be perfect for this horse and the trainer is very keen on this horse. I will put up A Media Luz as an alternative only due to the fact i have an ante-post interest at 25/1 but nowhere near that price now.
2.05 Snap Tie(14/1)
A trappy contest with plenty in with chances but ive narrowed it down to 4 and have sided with this classy Hobbs recruit.Hasnt raced for over a year but if anyone can get one ready the Master trainer can and could easily have gone for the Grand Annual which is a slightly easier race.
2.40 Kilcrea Kim(8/1)
Yet another Philip Hobbs horse that should be there abouts come the business end and was very impressive last time out but the value has gone so small stakes advised.
3.20 Kauto Star(6/1)
All the stats point against this horse but as im not completely sure about anything as theres doubts about so many im putting this up as a very tentative vote as it will take an amazing achivement for Kauto to regain his crown,but if anyone can.
4.00 On The Fringe(4/1)
The word from Ireland is this wont get beat and has been well and truly smashed into ante-post.
Theres usually a big priced horse running into a place so dont be frightened to get involved with something with a bit more value.One thing to note front runners tend to do quite well in this.
4.40 Qaspal(10/1)
Hopefully it will be a great day for the Hobbs yard and i will be having quite a large play on this,maybe e/w but probably a win bet.
5.15 Imsingingtheblues(8/1)
I was very sweet on an Irish horse for this race(Peak Raider)but it didnt make the cut so its left me with some headscratching so will be having my get out of jail bet on this quality horse whos been running well in better races than this and was given this as David Pipes best bet on a visit to the yard a few weeks back.
Hopefully everyones had a good time this week and if you have followed my tops you have made a healthy profit with 2 good days and a break even day on Thursday.Good luck all

Cheltenham 2011 Thursdays Tips
1.30 Wishfull Thinking(3/1)
I have backed this at bigger prices and another horse highly thought of from the Hobbs yard. Captain Chris was due to run in this but was diverted to a suceesful Arkle bid,take the hint and get stuck in.
2.05 Queiros Bleu(33/1)
Havant really got a strong opinion on this race so having a small interest in this horse from an in form stable and a big price but not one worth lumping on.
2.40 Poquelin(5/2)
Im not one for shorter priced horses but think this should win and alot of stable confidence behind this horse.
3.20Mourad(9/1)
Im a Big Bucks fan but am not one to get involved at even money so will advise a little play on this horse from an in form yard and a brilliant up and coming jockey on board.
4.00 Beautiful Sound(9/1)
This horse is improving rapidly and near the bottom of the weights im expecting a very big run from this horse.
4.40 Galant Nuit(15/2)
Im a big admierer of Nina Carberry and wont be deserting her yet and Ferdy Murphy has a good record at the Festival.
Lets continue to take the bookies money and enjoy the racing.

Cheltenham 2011 Wednesday
After a fantastic day for this blog with 2 winners and 33/1 placed(Bet 365 paid 5 places)we look forward to another great days racing.
1.30 Arabella Boy(16/1)
A tentative selection but as the brilliant Nina Carberry is on board i will be having a small e/w play.
2.05 So Young(5/2)
Connections were tempted to run this in the Supremes on Tuesday but waited for this race,take the hint they very rarely get it wrong.
2.40 Mikael D,Haguenet(10/1)
This horse hasnt yet fired over fences but has had excuses and if you can forgive those runs is very over-priced as i would have him around the 5/1 mark.A small e/w bet advised but for me a straight win bet.
3.20 Sizing Europe(8/1)
Aimed at this all year and for me the value in the race,won the Arkle very well last year and with the stable having a winner at The Festival already this year just improves my confidence.
Have had a small ante-post interest at bigger odds on Captain Cee Bee but what horse turns up is guess work.
4.00 Walkon(20/1)
Just love this horse and to back him at odds this big is very rare.Will have to shoulder top weight but has the class to do this and should be there abouts at the end,e/w bet advised.
4.40 Celtus(9/1)
The last couple of races are very tough but i have sided with this horse and with is given a chance to fill his reputation after a disappointing first start for connections.
5.15 Go All The Way(25/1)
Not a race i have much joy in and with alot of these horses running on soft ground only this race could spring up another shock like last years 50/1 winner so i have picked a horse that has only had one run finishing 2nd on good ground to Bishopsfurze who was highly touted for this last year.Not a race to get heavily involved in so keep stakes to a minimum.

Cheltenham 2011
Tuesday
1.30 Zaidpour(10/1)
With Cue Card going of at rather cramped odds im going to take it on with this one as i will forgive his last 2 runs in heavy ground as earlier in the season this horse cruised to victory twice and was challenging for favourtism at one stage.The better ground at Cheltenham should see improvement in this horse and hopefully get us of to a great week.
2.05 Captain Chris(8/1)
Very highly regarded in the Hobbs yard and could have taken an easier engagement later in the week.Improving with every run im expecting a big run at a nice price.
2.40 King Fontaine(25/1)
Needed its run when pulled up last time out in a bottomless pit at Haydock,im putting this up as a e/w selection as in my opinion over priced.
3.20 Hurricane Fly(4/1 Nap)
For me this is my biggest bet of the Festival and has the class to cruise past all of these.The one negative is its never run at Cheltenham before so will it get up the hill?? If it does it wont get beat.
4.00 Garde Champetre(5/1)
With Nina Carberry on board i have no more to say but get stuck into this horse!
4.40 Santera(33/1)
With the favourite manys banker of the meeting and going off around evens maybe a touch of odds on its not a bet for me so an each way alternative at very tasty odds as this horse could run into a place.Small stakes only.
5.15 On Borrowed Wings(12/1)
A trappy end to the day and with the likelehood the ground is going to be good/good to soft in places it is ideal conditions for this horse but keep the stakes small again.
Have a great day punting and if you do follow my tips good luck and lets all hope we come out of the day with a healthy profit.
